In my second year of NSF..... range was cancelled for that year.

The reason was given to us was..... 'the SAF is running low on ammunition'.

goodness... to cut cost they used chapalang brand tyre - Gajah Tunggal from Indonesia... apparently those tyres aren't of good quality, the tyres loses grip on some road surfaces
